As of July 1, 2014, JSC "ENERGOCOM" operates on the natural gas market of the Republic of Moldova as a natural gas supplier authorized by the CA license no.001294,

issued by the National Agency for Energy Regulation, for the following activity - natural gas supply. Based on the license granted, the company is authorized to carry out the activity of supplying natural gas at unregulated prices.
The natural gas supply activity consists of:
- commercial and financial management of natural gas import contracts, as a natural gas supplier, for internal gas market needs of the Republic of Moldova;
- concluding direct contracts for the supply of natural gas from import sources, as a supplier, with natural gas supply companies, transmission operators, etc.
